How do I order an item?

Start by scrolling to the bottom of the product page and clicking the button marked 'Add to Basket'.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card.
(Moneybookers or Google Checkout can be arranged if you email us first!)

What happens after I have paid?

Check your email! Our website automatically sends you two emails. The first one is an order confirmation email. The second one contains download links for the products you have purchased.  You should receive both emails at the same time, and they should arrive in your inbox right after ordering.

Remember, we email you links to download your products.  If you haven't received an email after purchasing, then you can LOG IN to our website and retrieve your download links.  LOG IN at the top right of the homepage (using the info you signed up with when placing the order) and click on ORDER HISTORY. Open the order by clicking on it, and under each product name is a DOWNLOAD LINK - click on this link to get your product.  If in doubt, send us an email and we'll help you ASAP!

I had trouble trouble downloading, what now?

Try again using your download links.  Download links automatically expire after 3 download attempts and they only last a few days.  Be sure to download your items after you've paid, and if you have trouble, try again! If you still cannot download then please OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET via the CONTACT US page - we'll help you out right away!

I've downloaded the files but can't open them?

The first thing to do is make sure you've taken the files OUT of the Zip file and put them on your desktop - some computers won't play or open the file if you try to open from within the Zip file, so make sure you take them OUT and then open them.  If you've done that and you're still having trouble, download the latest version of REAL PLAYER (free for mac or pc) and the latest version of Adobe Reader (also free).  Links to these are provided in the READ ME file contained in the .ZIP file you download.

What File Formats are used for the downloads?

You download .ZIP files.  Once downloaded, you unzip them (take the files OUT and put them on your desktop). If you need a program to unzip .ZIP files then download WinZip for free from this site www.winzip.com

Once unzipped, The videos are in .RM (Real Media) format, and the manuals are in .PDF format.  Both formats are MAC AND PC compatible.
